Why did you choose SuperOffice?

At the end of 2024, we decided to switch to SuperOffice as our new CRM platform. From the very beginning of our discussions, the process felt smooth, structured, and collaborative. We had several in-depth meetings with the SuperOffice team to explore how their solution could support our business, not only in terms of core CRM functionality, but also from a technical and integration standpoint. It is a safe and secure choice as many other Vitec companies run the same system – which in the long term means that we can share experiences, but also smart functions that one of the subsidiaries develops. Another key reason for our decision was that we got a really good offer, since we are a Vitec company.

How did the implementation go? 

We handled a significant part of the implementation internally, which allowed us to adapt the system closely to our specific needs. Whenever we needed support, the SuperOffice team was available and responsive. One of the most satisfying aspects of the project was that everything promised during the early discussions was fully delivered – there were no surprises or compromises.

 “What impressed us the most was the consistency – what we were shown during the first demo was exactly what we received in the final product.”


What advice would you give other Vitec companies considering SuperOffice? 

One of the biggest advantages with SuperOffice is its ability to unify multiple customer-facing functions within a single system. With integrated modules for sales, marketing, support and helpdesk – all customer interactions can be visible in one place. So instead of having a separate CRM system, a Helpdesk system etc, we will now be able to run everything in the same one.

We also do like the marketing module of SuperOffice as it can streamline our work with processing new potential customers. Everything from efficient handling of mailings to following up on them in a very good way, with built-in functions for checklists/To-Dos. This improves internal collaboration and customer experience significantly.

The modular setup also allows us to start small and scale over time, depending on our needs. If any other business units within Vitec are considering SuperOffice, I’d be happy to share our experience, provide a demo, or help guide you through the early stages. There’s also a lot of shared knowledge about SuperOffice within the Vitec group, which is a major advantage. 

We’re genuinely happy with our decision and with how everything has turned out so far. SuperOffice has delivered on its promises, and we look forward to continuing to build on this foundation.

Then I also want to say that it feels like SuperOffice really cares about us, which I appreciate very much. I also try to learn a lot from how SuperOffice work with everything from customer care, support services in development, general marketing. I think they do a lot in a very good way. I can REALLY recommend other Vitec companies to use SuperOffice.
