We use SuperOffice in customer account management, sales and marketing, and also into some extend with delivery projects. In addition, there are many functionalities that support our daily work, one of them tracking customer emails from Outlook to SuperOffice.

- Delivery projects for listing them, mainly to confirm that we invoice what has been sold.
- Marketing when sending campaigns, invitations, newsletters and announcements, and also utilizing forms e.x. in managing events.
- Product info (what products our customers have)
The main business value is to handle the sales process efficiently and follow sales. Also, we can send mailings easily and track the performance of different kind of campaigns. In overall, SuperOffice enhances internal collaboration when all the customer teams have real-time access to customer information.
